If you’ve heard of car GPS systems, you have Garmin, Magellan and Tom Tom heard. These are the three major companies on the market. And joint control over 90% of the market. Your products have all their strengths and weaknesses, but.

Although Magellan GPS was the original company, Garmin has removed much of their market share through superior technology and a commitment to quality. They sold as high-end society, and the results have borne fruit. Garmin currently owns approximately 50% of the U.S. market.

TomTom, a European company, is a recent arrival on the scene GPS. Just as Garmin have before them, they had taken market share from Garmin and Magellan. Garmin is by far the best seller in the U.S., with Tom Tom and Magellan each spliting about 40% of the rest of the market.

So if you want a GPS and you want to go with the industry leader, the company is to choose Garmin. Otherwise, we’ll take a look at their product line.

What will I do now is give you an overview of their product range, which can make their systems and how much they cost.
